The objective was looking for a low key watch. Nothing noticeable at a distance but measured beauty close up. Lighter, comfortable, water resistant and a design incorporating a separable bezel. I was looking at some Breitlings and Tags, but decided to go a bit smaller. It came down to the Tudor 54, 58 and Pelagos 39mm. I'm a newcomer to this forum, but I know I will be welcomed (and sorry in advance for my english because it's not my native language !). I will try to do a quick review of my last and recent acquisition: a Tudor Black Bay 36mm, which has made me happy for the last two weeks now.
Worth is relative and nothing scratches the itch for Rolex besides Rolex. The Tudor has a distinctive look compared to the other Rolex green bezel offerings. It looks more military diver and I thing would look better on NATO, rubber or leather. -jm2c.
